We'veve have been breeding dogs since 1994. Ive also trained dogs since I was a little girl.  Our dogs are now a family passion that we all enjoy.  With the help of my husband and three children our dogs are played with and exercised daily. Our dogs have access to work on tons of land of natural hunting ground including forests, watering holes, fields and grasslands.  Our dogs pull carts, hunt, work obedience and agility.

At Prairie Sun Pups we breed only the finest in family companions and working field buddies.  Our dogs have the best in natural ability, calm and friendly dispositions, easy workability and versatility.  Our pups are bred for the upland game and waterfowl hunts and most importantly for families.  Our selective breeding program from proven hunting bloodlines produces pups with inherent natural ability, versatility and suberb temperaments.

We are not brokers and do not work with brokers or pet stores.  The puppies we raise and sell are from our own dogs only.  We do not sell puppies for other breeders either.  The parents of our litters are on site.  If we do use an outside stud, it is noted within the litter info.  We use only dogs and lines that we have worked with in the past to ensure soundness both physically and mentally. 

We proudly feed  Eagle Pack and Holistic Select brand kibble feeds as well as Honest Kitchen.  We also include organic whole foods and suppliments for a varied diet to keep our pack in top condition.
